ENGIE’s plants under construction

ENGIE Brasil already generates more than 100% of its installed capacity from renewable sources such as hydroelectricity, wind, thermal, biomass and solar. Over its 20 years of operations in Brazil, ENGIE has invested in the growth of renewable power, unveiling operations at the Cana Brava, Itá, Machadinho, São Salvador, Estreito, Jirau, Ponte de Pedra, Trairi, Santa Mônica plants as well as other smaller ones. Since 1998, the combined output represents a growth of 5,600 MW in our proprietary installed capacity.
