ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A. is the controlling shareholder of Companhia Energética Jaguara S.A. (holder of the authorization to operate the Jaguara Hydroelectric Plant - 424 MW) and Companhia Energética Miranda S.A. (holder of the authorization to operate the Miranda Hydroelectric Plant - 408 MW), concessions acquired in 2017 at Federal Government auction; and Novo Estado Participações S.A., controlling shareholder of Novo Estado Transmissora de Energia, holder of the concession for the construction, operation and maintenance of 1,800 kilometers of power transmission lines in the states of Pará and Tocantins – the acquisition was completed in 2020.
