The Assú V Photovoltaic Plant is a project totally developed and implemented by ENGIE (green field) in record time, work having begun in April 2017 and included in December of the same year. The plant has authority to operate until 2051.

Located in the municipality of Açu (RN), the plant has an installed capacity of 30MW, divided in to three circuits, the first two of 9 MW and the third, 12 MW. Its physical guarantee for commercialization is 9.2 average MW.

The Company operates the plant remotely from the Generation Operations Center (COG), located at ENGIE’s head offices in Florianópolis (SC).
